Surface water drainage systems to: - 02/H070HAPAS
Highway surface water collection system ranging from 100mm to 600mm in carrier and filter configurations ex- stock. Recycled product available. Diameters up to 3000mm available on request. System comprises a range of bends , junctions , road gullies , catchpits , backdrops and bespoke solutions.
Where to use: - Approved alternative to concrete pipe on DoT highway schemes Rail schemes and local authority highway maintenance and renewal.
Land drainage pipework to: - BS4962
Perforated pipe supplied in coils from 60mm to 200mm diameter with a range of fittings ex-stock.
Where to use: - Agricultural and sports ground drainage system. Encourage plant growth with warmer drier soil.
Twin wall service ducting to: - BSEN50086
HDPE service ducting for the identification, routing and protection of buried cables and utilities. Stock sizes available from 40mm to 137mm in coil and 94mm to 600mm in 6m lengths together with a range of bends , junctions, puddle flanges, duct cable sealing plugs.
Where to use: - Low voltage electrical supplies, street and traffic lighting, motorway communication, cable television, potable water and gas.
Street and traffic lighting access chambers
Recycled polymer chambers and composite covers from 300mm square to 600mm square from stock.
Where to use: - Traffic Signal and Street Lighting projects provide ease of cable installation and cable jointing through multiple duct chamber entries.
Marker tapes and draw ropes
Colour coded and wire traced warning and detection tapes.
Where to use: - Lay above service to provide first line defence against mechanical digging and service Cat detection.

Where to use :- System must be used in contaminated ground derived from brown field and industrial site developments for the provision of potable water.
Flexible repair and adapter couplings
Flexible couplings manufactured from rubber and stainless steel ranging from 50mm to 600mm available from stock.

Six and twelve population treatment plants kept in stock, larger capacity available to order.
Where to use: - Not able to connect to mains foul drainage system then a treatment plant and pumping station may be required.

The Rhino Range of Sewage & Surface Water Packaged Pumping Stations
We have developed our RHINO range to enable us to deliver the logical cost solution for each individual application. The systems are available with both solids handling pumps and macerating pumps for high head, sewage systems.All systems are compliant with the requirements of the building regulations and BSEN 12050.
A System for Every Budget
Twin Pump System
We can supply systems with free standing pumps on flexible hoses or pedestal mounted pumps complete with guide rails and lifting chains.
Single Pump System
All systems are available in either single pump version or dual pump, duty/standby configuration.
Single Free Standing Pump System
Control Panels
Our electronic control panels are supplied with all necessary glands and fixings, to make the installation and commissioning as easy as possible. The panels all have multi-ranging overloads to allow for future motor wear.
Pumps
The most important component of any packaged pumping station is the pumps themselves. Virtually all our systems utilize pumps manufactured by ABS Pumps Ltd, who are a multi-national market leader in effluent pumping solutions.
